Our Micro-Infusion Treatment is a microneedling procedure that uses tiny 24 karat gold needles to apply hyaluronic acid and Botox just below the skin's surface for long lasting results. No facial or serum comes close to the results you can expect with this treatment!
The Micro-Infusion Treatment's magic comes from a concoction of Botox, hyaluronic acid filler, and serums, that when combined with the microneedling tool for injecting, will plump up the skin evenly across the face. This treatment helps to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, minimize pores, even out texture and color, and truly makes your entire face look refreshed.
Results are seen within 3-7 days after treatment with maximum results at 2 weeks, and typically last approximately 3-4 months.
Who is a good candidate for Micro-Infusion Treatments at Monroe MedSpa?
Micro-Infusion Treatments are ideal for most patients and safe for all! We believe Micro-Infusion Treatments are great for people with upcoming major life events (think weddings, birthdays, reunions, vacations) or anyone who is looking for all-over facial rejuvenation. We recommend getting Micro-Infusion Treatments done at least 2 weeks prior to any major events for optimal results.
FYI: Both microneedling and Botox injections are safe and effective for patients with all skin types. Depending on patient needs, our team may even recommend both procedures, using microneedling to improve the surface and deeper condition of the skin, with Botox injections to help improve results and specific areas longer term.
What's the difference between regular microneedling, Botox, and hyaluronic acid?
Microneedling is a procedure using a tool with many small needles that create "micro-injuries" to the skin, which makes the skin actively produce collagen to "heal" and skin, improving texture and color of skin as well as fine lines. Microneedling can be combined with additional serums, as well as Radio Frequency to help tighten the skin further. Monroe MedSpa performs standard microneedling, RF microneedling (Vivace and Morpheus), and now microneedling thru Micro-Infusion Treatments!
Botox is a cosmetic injectable that is injected into the skin to relax the muscles that cause wrinkles. It is truly a wrinkle-relaxer.
Hyaluronic acid is the chemical found in our fillers (and many topical cosmetic/beauty products). Topically, hyaluronic acid helps hydrate the skin, both immediately and over time with continued use. When injected, hyaluronic acid helps add volume to the face where we naturally lose volume as we age, plumps up the skin where there is natural unevenness, and can fill those deeper, long-term wrinkles.

What is pricing like for a Micro-Infusion Treatment?
Our Micro-Infusion Treatment is $575 for one full facial treatment. Results will last up to 3-4 months, and can be done a few times a year if desired.
